Remote Financial Analyst | WFH Opportunity

Job Overview

We are in search of a proactive and accomplished Financial Analyst to become a key member of our vibrant and expanding team. This pivotal position will support the Controller and play an integral role in our mission with a global impact. You will be engaged in activities that facilitate both the securing and execution of contracts, notably including the production of Iron Dome AUR and subcontracts for business operations.

Key Responsibilities

As a Financial Analyst, your responsibilities will encompass a variety of functions related to accounting, financial analysis, planning, and the monthly financial close and reporting processes. Your contributions will be vital to the ongoing success of the business.

• Monitor and project indirect spending, delivering in-depth financial insights.
• Create and oversee tools that assess the performance of our production facility.
• Partner with program managers to provide financial insights and support program control analysis.
• Aid in the formulation of the company's Long Range Plan.
• Guarantee the timely and accurate execution of billing and invoicing procedures.
• Supply essential schedules and documentation to customers.
• Track and reconcile accounts receivable aging.
• Assist in maintaining a robust internal control environment.
• Support the month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Execute additional tasks as necessary.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in financial and accounting roles.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a relevant field.
• U.S. citizenship is required, with the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government-issued security clearance preferred.
