Key Responsibilities

• Psychotherapy & Counseling: Deliver therapeutic services to individuals, couples, families, or groups, customizing treatment plans according to evidence-based methodologies.
• Client Records & Compliance: Maintain precise, confidential, and compliant documentation while upholding ethical and legal standards.
• Collaboration: Engage with referral sources and other healthcare professionals. Work alongside a multidisciplinary team, which includes art therapists, social workers, and medical practitioners, to formulate effective treatment plans.
• Supervision & Growth: Participate in ongoing supervision with an accredited supervisor while pursuing continuous professional development and growth opportunities.
  
  

Required Skills

• Proficient understanding of psychopharmacology and medical documentation.
• Strong abilities in data collection, analysis, and evaluation.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Capability to operate both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Relevant experience in counseling interventions, appraisal, assessment, and providing referrals.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related discipline.
• Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) credential.
