- Supervise Associate Counselors to ensure high standards in service delivery.
- Provide psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, families, and groups.
- Create personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of client interactions.
- Uphold ethical and legal standards in all professional practices.
- Engage in regular communication with referral sources and other healthcare providers.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop comprehensive treatment strategies.
- Demonstrate knowledge of psychopharmacology and maintain medical documentation.
- Analyze data to assess and monitor client progress.
- Foster strong communication and interpersonal relationships with clients and colleagues.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Licensed Professional Counselor.
- Valid LPC license in New Jersey.
- Ability to formulate effective treatment plans grounded in evidence-based practices.
