Job Overview : We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Litigation Attorney to join our esteemed national law firm, renowned for its expertise in collections and creditors’ rights. Occasional in-person and virtual court appearances may be required.Key Responsibilities : Oversee commercial collection litigation cases throughout California.Act as the primary legal counsel for all matters within the state.Represent clients in court and depositions as necessary.Manage both litigation and post-judgment actions in California and other states with the support of our national network of law firms.Maintain regular communication with clients regarding case progress and strategic direction.Work in collaboration with attorneys and team leads across the firm on case management, policy implementation, and business development initiatives.Required Skills : Valid California bar license is a must.At least 3 years of litigation experience in California courts.Strong understanding of creditors’ rights and collection law is preferred.Exceptional communication and organizational abilities.Qualifications : Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Minimum of 3 years of relevant litigation experience within California courts.Career Growth Opportunities : Our firm is committed to fostering ongoing training and professional development.
