Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full litigation lifecycle, representing clients from pre-litigation through to appeals.
- Handle a diverse range of cases, including those related to business, immigration, employment, real estate, and more.
- Draft and respond to discovery requests, as well as prepare and argue various motions.
- Engage in mediations and devise effective litigation strategies aimed at achieving the best outcomes for clients.
- Remain current on legal developments pertinent to the cases you handle and provide sound legal advice.
- Collaborate with fellow legal professionals to ensure an efficient management approach to cases.
- Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
- Active status as a member of the California state bar.
- A minimum of 7-8 years of experience in civil litigation, demonstrating a strong track record of success.
- Proficiency in managing depositions, motions, mediations, and appeals.
- Exceptional analytical, negotiation, and communication abilities.
- High level of professionalism and adherence to ethical standards.
- Capability to thrive in a hybrid/remote working environment.
- A proven history of effective civil litigation practice with 7-8 years in the field.
- Significant experience in handling various stages of litigation, from discovery to trial.
