Key Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition: Engage with 50-100 potential clients daily to identify and secure loan agreements.
- Lender Matching: Utilize your established connections with lenders to identify optimal loan options, rates, and terms tailored to client needs.
- Negotiation: Provide assistance to clients in negotiating advantageous loan terms and rates with lenders.
- Guidance: Deliver expert advice and support throughout the loan application process, ensuring clients are well-informed of their options and next steps.
- Documentation Collection: Compile necessary documentation from clients, including income verification, credit reports, and collateral details.
- Marketing & Outreach: Implement effective marketing strategies to foster trust, attract new clients, and generate leads.
- Demonstrated sales experience, with a preference for candidates possessing loan brokerage experience.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, projecting a professional demeanor.
- Strong ability to diligently pursue sales goals, with a focus on high-volume outbound calls.
- Familiarity with commercial loan processes and a robust network of lenders is beneficial.
- Self-driven and capable of independent work with reliable access to a computer and internet.
- Availability Monday through Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM Eastern Time.
- Minimum of 1 year of loan origination experience (preferred).
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience (preferred).
