Key Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition: Conduct outreach to 50-100 potential clients daily to uncover new business opportunities and finalize loan agreements.
- Lender Matching: Utilize your professional network of lenders to identify the most appropriate loan options that offer competitive rates and favorable terms for clients.
- Negotiation: Guide clients in negotiating loan terms that align with their financial requirements.
- Client Guidance: Provide expert insight throughout the loan application process, ensuring clients have a comprehensive understanding of their options and the associated steps.
- Documentation Collection: Collect necessary documentation from clients, including income verification, credit reports, and collateral information.
- Marketing & Outreach: Implement marketing strategies to foster client trust, attract new business, and generate potential leads.
- Demonstrable sales experience, ideally with a focus on loan brokerage.
- Exceptional communication capabilities, both written and verbal, enabling professional interactions with clients.
- A strong ambition to meet and surpass sales objectives, emphasizing high-volume outbound calls.
- Familiarity with commercial loan processes and an established lender network is advantageous.
- Capability to work independently and effectively manage tasks, ensuring reliable access to a computer and internet.
- Availability during weekdays, from 9 AM to 5 PM Eastern Time.
- At least 1 year of experience in loan origination is preferred.
- A minimum of 1 year of sales experience is desired.
