- Collaborate effectively with internal teams and partner healthcare facilities.
- Implement training programs while ensuring compliance with JCAHO standards for staffing agencies.
- Develop and manage scalable processes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Foster positive communications with healthcare facilities, addressing complaints and overseeing high-level contract approvals.
- Lead internal leadership meetings and conduct external presentations to potential partner healthcare facilities.
- Collaborate with the finance team to guarantee timely payments and resolve accounts payable issues.
- Assist in the recruitment, training, and supervision of Facility Success Managers and ShiftHopper Success Managers.
- Contribute to marketing initiatives, including social media outreach and system management.
- Recommend optimizations for applications and services, ensuring efficient implementation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and ERP/CRM systems.
- Strong leadership abilities with a positive attitude, creativity, and resourcefulness.
- Familiarity with nursing, post-acute care, and inpatient healthcare is advantageous.
- Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, supplemented by a high school diploma.
