We invite passionate Product Managers and Associate Product Managers to join our specialized squads, encompassing Ad Products, Ad Servers, Media Tools, Owned and Operated Websites, and Content Tools. In the role of Product Manager, you will be instrumental in driving the execution and delivery of your squad's projects, utilizing your substantial product management expertise to facilitate seamless integration and optimal functionality in our content-centric environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver High-Quality Products: Craft and enhance internal CMS and site product features by articulating clear user stories complete with detailed acceptance criteria. Collaborate closely with stakeholders, users, and the development team to ensure comprehensive understanding of requirements, validated through data analysis, user research, and feedback.
• Drive Squad Execution: Lead cross-functional teams, including Design, Development, QA, Operations, and Business stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery of top-notch products. Cultivate a collaborative and communicative atmosphere focused on continuous improvement.
• Technical Expertise: Work in partnership with the development team to guarantee that product features are feasible, scalable, and in alignment with the company's technology roadmap. Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to inform product decisions.
• Prioritize and Manage Backlog: Develop, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog with a focus on impactful features that meet customer needs and align with business goals. Regularly review and refine the backlog in response to evolving priorities.
• Customer-Centric Approach: Acquire a thorough understanding of customer pain points and motivations through data analysis, user research, and market insights to ensure your solutions effectively address their needs.
• Workflow Management: Design and maintain technical workflows and user flow diagrams to visualize the product development process from ideation through to post-launch. Identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement changes to optimize efficiency and quality.
• Data-Driven Decisions: Leverage data and analytics to guide product decisions, assess success, and pinpoint areas for refinement. Collaborate with analytics teams to establish metrics and KPIs that support organizational objectives.
• Agile Methodologies: Employ Agile principles to deliver product features incrementally. Advocate for continuous improvement, retrospectives, and feedback loops within your team.
  
  

Required Skills

• Experience: 2-5 years in digital product management or product ownership, particularly within web, fintech, or media/advertising sectors.
• Data-Driven: Proficiency in utilizing data and metrics to inform decisions, with a strong grasp of analytics and concepts such as statistical significance and A/B testing best practices.
• Agile Expertise: Familiarity with Agile methodologies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance product development.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Problem-Solving Mindset: Strong critical thinking, complex problem-solving capabilities, and a solutions-oriented approach to challenges.

Compensation And Benefits

Salary Range: \(115,000 to \)135,000. Compensation is determined based on factors such as experience, skills, and location.
