Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison for clients during the implementation process, ensuring effective communication and expectation management.
- Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with clients, positioning yourself as their trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle.
- Define project objectives, create and execute task plans, monitor progress, and report results to key stakeholders.
- Collaborate extensively with internal teams to clarify and document business requirements, ensuring comprehensive understanding for Development and QA teams.
- Work closely with Product Management to align customer needs with product vision, delivering high-quality software solutions.
- Oversee project schedules, track milestones, and prioritize issues to guarantee timely project completion.
- Facilitate training and provide support to team members, promoting a collaborative and knowledgeable working atmosphere.
- Strong technical proficiency with a solid understanding of sFTP, APIs, file formats, and integrations.
- Proven experience in SaaS or enterprise software implementations.
- Familiarity with the specialty pharmacy, pharmaceutical, or related fields.
- Direct consulting experience with clients is essential.
- Demonstrated capability to manage complex projects within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) coupled with strong presentation abilities.
- Proficient in the MS Office suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Outlook.
- Ability to excel independently as well as collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
- Experience with agile software development methodologies is advantageous.
- Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline is preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in managing software projects, including at least 1-2 years in client-facing roles.
- Experience with agile methodologies and specialty pharmacy is preferred.
