Key Responsibilities
- Oversee client communications, establishing clear expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, nurturing strong relationships and serving as a trusted advisor.
- Define and manage project deliverables, tasks, and timelines, while coordinating staffing and tracking progress.
- Develop and implement training sessions to ensure smooth project execution.
- Collaborate with clients to accurately gather comprehensive business requirements.
- Facilitate coordination across teams for effective project delivery.
- Work alongside Product Management to align product vision with client needs, providing optimal solutions.
- Present project updates and status reports to executive leadership.
- Partner with Business Analysts to ensure documentation meets client needs and is clear for Development and QA teams.
- Proactively identify and manage project risks, issues, and changes in accordance with established processes.
- Lead the estimation of development efforts and track project milestones.
- Prioritize and ensure the effective resolution of bug reports.
- Coordinate ongoing training for team members to promote continuous improvement.
- Strong technical acumen, including proficiency in sFTP, APIs, file formats, GUIDs, integrations, and HTML.
- Demonstrated experience in implementing SaaS or enterprise software solutions.
- Familiarity with the specialty pharmacy sector or related domains.
- Experience in consulting for external clients and managing client-facing projects.
- Ability to excel in a dynamic environment with minimal supervision.
- High ethical standards and personal integrity.
- Solid background in data, business, and financial analysis.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project).
- Bachelor’s Degree (ideally in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field).
- 3-5 years of experience managing complex software projects, including those involving client interaction.
- Experience with Agile software development methodologies is advantageous.
- Background in the specialty pharmacy industry is preferred.
- Outstanding organizational abilities, attention to detail, and capability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to foster collaboration and consensus.
