- Leading all administrative and technical dimensions of various projects.
- Crafting comprehensive work plans and facilitating effective communication within the project teams to guarantee seamless execution.
- Overseeing budget management, project timelines, and scope, including estimating project costs and tracking financial performance.
- Conducting project review meetings to monitor progress and address pivotal milestones.
- Facilitating timely invoicing and billing processes while managing accounts receivables.
- Acting as the main liaison for clients to ensure projects meet quality standards and deadlines.
- Embedding quality assurance protocols into project plans and ensuring they are consistently upheld.
- Utilizing your technical knowledge in detailing and specification development.
- Drawing on your experience with complex building types, including both new constructions and renovations.

- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture (registration is preferred).
