Remote Senior Product Manager

We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Senior Product Manager to spearhead the evolution of intricate payment challenges into streamlined API and SaaS solutions. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with developers, merchants, and stakeholders to ensure that each product decision aligns with their objectives, thereby enhancing their overall experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the product lifecycle, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives from feature introduction to retirement.
• Develop and manage a comprehensive product roadmap, securing stakeholder alignment.
• Maintain a prioritized backlog filled with actionable user stories and acceptance criteria to align with sprint goals.
• Create clear and thorough Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) to enable efficient execution by engineering and design teams.
• Measure product performance through established success metrics and report findings to leadership.
• Partner with engineering teams to design scalable and consistent APIs that support product goals.
• Work alongside marketing teams to craft compelling product messaging and go-to-market strategies that drive adoption and growth.
• Ensure compliance with necessary regulatory standards such as PCI, CCPA, and HIPAA.
• Stay informed on emerging technologies and competitor developments to identify product innovation opportunities.
• Provide competitive analysis reports to support strategic decision-making and product advancement.
• Translate product requirements into actionable user stories and technical specifications, ensuring collaboration with UX / UI teams for a user-friendly design.
