Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the Solution Architect to develop and implement project work plans, making adjustments as necessary to accommodate evolving requirements.
- Lead or co-lead discovery workshops to gather and document essential business processes, functional requirements, and future-state objectives.
- Create and document process flow diagrams, user stories, and implementation plans, covering configuration, development, testing, training, deployment, and post-launch support.
- Design testing scripts and provide assistance during end-user acceptance testing.
- Supervise the daily operations of the project, managing scope, client interactions, and ensuring timely project updates.
- Build and lead high-performing teams consisting of Solution Architects, Consultants, Developers, and client resources, guiding them throughout all phases of the Agile Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
- Oversee project deliverables, timelines, and budgets to guarantee successful project execution.
- Identify project risks and implement necessary adjustments to the project strategy.
- Analyze scope change requests and document adjustments to requirements.
- Utilize Agile methodologies to uphold project standards and ensure successful delivery.
- Maintain ownership of client satisfaction, project profitability, and resource allocation.
- A minimum of 4 years of Salesforce experience in a consulting role, particularly with Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud, alongside managing enterprise-level projects.
- At least 2 years of practical experience overseeing Salesforce CPQ projects that included data migrations and integrations with ERP systems.
- Familiarity with Salesforce org consolidation or migration projects is a plus.
- Proficiency in Agile SDLC project management with a proven history of guiding projects to successful completion.
- Strong aptitude for bridging the gap between business and technical teams to devise effective solutions.
- Experience with gap analysis, requirements traceability matrices, and engaging client communications.
- Ability to adapt swiftly in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in tools such as Visio, Jira, Confluence, Prodly, Copado, or similar applications is desirable.
- Experience within the High Tech or Manufacturing sectors is an advantage.
- PMP certification is preferred but not mandatory.
- Active Salesforce certifications or the capacity to obtain them within the initial months of employment.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or information systems.
