Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate effectively with department heads to ensure precision in financial reporting activities.
- Manage the month-end journal entries and oversee the close process.
- Conduct monthly bank reconciliations with attention to detail.
- Supervise fixed assets and perform depreciation calculations.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly balance sheets, cash management, and escheatment processes.
- Generate financial statements and supporting schedules in accordance with the monthly close timeline.
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Accounting, Economics, or Finance.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in full-cycle GL accounting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP and pivot tables.
- Familiarity with MS Dynamics or any significant ERP system is advantageous.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- In-depth understanding of GL accounting and financial reporting.
- Proven track record of maintaining accuracy and efficiency under strict deadlines.
