Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with CPAs to expertly guide clients through their US tax projects from initiation to completion.
- Prepare and file US income tax returns tailored for expatriates.
- Ensure compliance with international tax regulations and standards.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in expat tax preparation.
- Progressing toward or possessing a US CPA or IRS Enrolled Agent license.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field.
- Proactive and self-driven mindset.
- Strong team collaboration skills.
- Ability to meet production schedules and deadlines.
- Familiarity with international tax forms such as Form 2555, Form 1116, and Form 8833; knowledge of Form 5471, Form 8865, Form 8858, Form 3520, and Form 8621 is advantageous.
- A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in the expat tax domain.
- Actively pursuing or currently holding a US CPA or IRS Enrolled Agent license is required.
- A Bachelor’s degree in accounting is essential.
