In this critical role, you will be instrumental in developing data strategies that drive impactful results and enhance client success.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a subject matter authority on Salesforce Data Cloud and its associated products.
• Facilitate technical discovery sessions to assess data architectures, integrations, and methodologies for data ingestion.
• Architect and execute enterprise-level data solutions that are in alignment with both business objectives and technological specifications.
• Design and optimize scalable data models, adhering to Salesforce Data Cloud best practices.
• Utilize expertise in data transformation, ingestion, identity resolution, segmentation, and activation.
• Develop, refine, and enhance intricate SQL queries across platforms like Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud Engagement, Redshift, and Snowflake.
• Collaborate with Data Cloud's APIs and other Salesforce APIs to engineer and optimize data solutions.
  
  

Required Skills

• Minimum of 3 years of experience with Salesforce Data Cloud or related Customer Data Platforms (CDPs).
• Proficient understanding of data governance, security, and compliance with regulations (GDPR, CCPA).
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities within cross-functional technical teams and experience leading technical workshops.
• Strong ability to document technical needs and solution designs.
• Comprehensive understanding of enterprise architecture and systems integration.
• Exceptional client-facing communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Salesforce Data Cloud Certification is mandatory, with additional Salesforce Certifications in Sales Cloud or Service Cloud being advantageous.
