Key Responsibilities
- Directly manage the entire development lifecycle, encompassing planning, staffing, and performance oversight.
- Supervise product design, development, and support, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and organizational standards.
- Collaborate proactively with stakeholders to establish product specifications and ensure effective execution.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal teams such as DevOps, Architecture, and InfoSec to uphold compliance and security protocols.
- Provide visionary direction for SAP-related initiatives, driving continuous improvement and innovation across projects.
- Develop and oversee budgets to ensure that projects adhere to financial parameters.

- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to devise innovative solutions.
- Demonstrated experience in leading and mentoring teams, both onshore and offshore.
- Skilled in managing vendor relationships to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
- Excellent communication abilities, including experience in presenting to senior leadership and clients.
- Familiarity with tax technology and financial reporting is advantageous.
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline (Master's degree preferred).
- 10-15 years of pertinent experience in technology leadership, with a focus on SAP solutions and software development.
- Proven track record managing technical teams and delivering large-scale enterprise solutions.
