Key Responsibilities
- Act as the IT functional architect for the SAP Product Line, shaping, creating, and implementing technical solutions consistent with the product technology evolution roadmap.
- Cultivate a profound understanding of the product roadmap by working closely with stakeholders and assessing user feedback and technology trends.
- Formulate and communicate the strategy and vision for SAP Management Accounting, aimed at enhancing operational efficiencies.
- Present concepts and product strategies to leadership and stakeholders, ensuring harmonious alignment across all teams.
- Collaborate with business functions to develop, assess, and prioritize product ideas, influencing the development cycle and securing support for new initiatives.
- Define the value proposition of the product and monitor performance against key operational and financial metrics.
- Oversee the SAP product roadmap, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities to deliver long-term business value.
- Partner with IT architects and development teams to comprehend technology enablers and limitations for new product concepts.
- Construct business cases for new product initiatives, ensuring that all solutions align with business objectives and deliver value.
- Work closely with Product Owners to clarify feature development, support the product backlog, and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Promote ongoing improvements in product outcomes, monitoring progress and adjusting strategies as necessary.
- Engage with other software technologies and vendors to enhance product functionalities and capabilities.
- Foster a culture of innovation by leveraging data to inform decision-making and generate new ideas.

- 15 years of experience in a corporate IT setting, involved in delivering large-scale, complex projects aligned with business objectives.
- 12 years of experience in SAP IT solutions, particularly within Finance, including SAP S/4 HANA (both on-premise and cloud).
- 10 years of hands-on technical configuration experience with SAP Financial systems, inclusive of Finance, Controlling, Material Ledger, Product Costing, and Logistics.
- Extensive experience in crafting solutions for global accounting and legal requirements, including US GAAP, Mexico GAAP, and IMMEX (Mexico Foreign Trade regulations with the USA).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate intricate ideas and solutions to stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong capability to influence and advocate for change across teams and departments.
- Experience within the Food and Beverage sector.
- SAP Finance Certification.
- Proficiency in SAP S/4 HANA (on-premise and cloud).
- Background in Project Management and Agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with Jira for project management.
