Key Responsibilities

As the Senior Production Manager/Team Leader, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Reviewing tax returns for various entities, including partnerships, S and C corporations, as well as trusts and individual clients.
• Leading and mentoring the tax team to uphold the highest quality standards, providing valuable feedback for continual improvement.
• Analyzing financial statements and reconciling balance sheet accounts.
• Managing workflow for tax preparation to guarantee deadlines are met with precision and efficiency.
• Conducting daily team huddles to address workflow issues and ensure team cohesion.
