Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor global, cross-functional technology teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Develop and execute strategic plans that align technology initiatives with business objectives to ensure impactful outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with technologists across various technology stacks to ensure the successful delivery of complex technical solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both business and technology stakeholders, acting as the primary point of contact for executive leadership.
- Oversee change management efforts during large-scale technology implementations, identifying and mitigating risks and dependencies to ensure smooth transitions.
- Proven experience leading technology teams and large-scale programs, with a focus on both agile projects and comprehensive transformations.
