Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the clinical management of homecare clients from admission to discharge.
- Ensure the delivery of exceptional quality clinical services.
- Orient and assess homecare caregivers to uphold high competency standards.
- Provide continuous support, training, and education to caregivers.
- Carry out a blend of in-office and field responsibilities, including visits to patient homes.
- Active RN license valid in the state of employment.
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
