Key Responsibilities
- Deliver individual and family therapy sessions via telehealth, ensuring the highest standard of care.

- Complete all required documentation, including treatment plans and progress notes, in compliance with legal and ethical guidelines.

- Fulfill all necessary paperwork for licensing and credentialing in Louisiana within the stipulated time frame.

- Proficiency in utilizing telehealth platforms for counseling services.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, particularly in a remote work environment.
- Ability to independently manage responsibilities while effectively working within a collaborative remote team.
- Capacity to develop supportive, engaging relationships with clients.
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related field.
- Current and valid licensure in Louisiana as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.
- Experience working with clients across various age groups, with particular emphasis on children and adolescents.
