Key Responsibilities
- Provide individual psychotherapy for a diverse clientele.
- Maintain timely documentation, including electronic notes and treatment plans.
- Develop DSM-5 diagnoses and offer ongoing client support.
- Manage client scheduling to ensure continuity of care.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to address client needs and emergencies.
- Consult with external providers and family members as necessary.
- Uphold a tidy and organized office environment for the benefit of clients and staff.
- Current or provisionally licensed in the State of Illinois.
- Proficient in traditional 1:1 therapy, employing clinical interventions and diagnostic capabilities.
- Experience with a broad demographic, especially adults, is preferred.
- Highly organized and proactive in managing caseloads with empathy and professionalism.
- Familiarity with digital tools such as Google Docs, TherapyNotes, and phone applications like Phone.com.
- Must possess current Illinois licensure (LSW, LPC) or be license-eligible post-graduation.
- Flexible availability to accommodate a mix of daytime and evening sessions.
