Key Responsibilities
- Deliver individual psychotherapy to a wide-ranging client base, including adults, teens, LGBTQ individuals, and BIPOC communities.
- Perform diagnostic assessments and create comprehensive treatment plans tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with other professionals within the practice, providing assistance and support as required.
- Ensure accurate and prompt documentation through electronic health records.
- Manage a caseload of 25 clinical sessions weekly, with the flexibility to adjust your schedule.
- Participate in weekly clinical supervision to enhance your professional development.
- Engage in monthly peer group case consultations to hone your clinical skills further.
- Current licensure as an LSW, LPC, or eligibility for licensure in Illinois (provisionally licensed or in the process of applying is acceptable).
- Proven experience providing one-on-one therapy, demonstrating strong clinical interventions and diagnostic abilities.
- Ability to work autonomously while effectively managing your schedule and caseload.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with meticulous attention to detail and a high level of professionalism.
- Interest in expanding expertise across various therapeutic modalities and demographic populations.
- Master's degree in a related field such as Counseling, Social Work, or Psychology.
- Relevant experience in individual therapy is preferred but not mandatory.
