Key Responsibilities
- Deliver individual psychotherapy in a supportive and professional environment.
- Maintain current treatment plans and complete electronic documentation accurately.
- Formulate DSM-5 diagnoses in alignment with best practices.
- Schedule and manage ongoing therapy sessions with clients.
- Address client emergencies with the support of the clinical team as necessary.
- Collaborate with other healthcare providers, including psychiatrists and family members, as required.
- Uphold a clean and welcoming office space for clients.
- Engage in continuous professional development and stay updated on industry best practices.
- Exceptional communication skills and a willingness to collaborate.

- Current or license-eligible as LSW, LPC, or similar in the State of Illinois.
- Availability to work a combination of daytime and evening shifts.
