Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth by consistently surpassing monthly sales targets.
- Identify potential clients, generate leads, and successfully convert them into sales.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to understand their requirements and deliver customized solutions.
- Coordinate sales activities with marketing teams and the Sales Engineer for effective product demonstrations.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing strategies with senior leadership.
- Maintain comprehensive records of customer information and sales activities in the CRM system (HubSpot).
- Collaborate with marketing and company leadership to refine sales strategies.
- Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and client sites as needed.
- Proven experience in sleep medicine sales, with a focus on home sleep testing (HST) and photoplethysmography (PPG).
- Strong background in SaaS, healthcare software, or Software as a Medical Device (SaMD) sales.
- Excellent interpersonal skills coupled with a positive, collaborative attitude.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools, with experience in HubSpot considered an advantage.
- Willingness to travel up to 75% within the designated region.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as an Account Executive, preferably within the healthcare sector.
- Demonstrated success in securing business with health systems.
- Experience with enterprise health system sales is beneficial.
- Familiarity with startup environments, technology, or software markets is a plus.
- A deep-seated enthusiasm for contributing to innovative healthcare technologies.
- A high level of integrity, resilience, and commitment to organizational objectives.
- A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
