Job Overview

We are looking for a driven and accomplished Account Executive to join our expanding team within the medical device sector. This remote position is primarily focused on fostering business relationships and driving sales growth across the Southeast U.S., including states such as Georgia and Florida. If you possess a deep passion for sales and a strong background in sleep medicine and medical devices, we invite you to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales performance by achieving and exceeding designated targets through the development and execution of strategic sales plans.
  • Identify, qualify, and convert leads into loyal customers, collaborating effectively with healthcare providers to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Partner with internal teams, including Sales Engineering and Marketing, to facilitate product demonstrations and marketing strategies.
  • Negotiate contract terms and pricing in close cooperation with the Senior Vice President of Sales.
  • Maintain precise and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system (HubSpot) to monitor interactions and opportunities.
  • Represent the company at key industry events and trade exhibitions, promoting our state-of-the-art AI-driven solutions.
  • Stay abreast of industry developments, competitor actions, and client needs to effectively adjust sales strategies.

Required Skills

  • Demonstrable experience in sales, particularly within sleep medicine and home sleep testing (HST) solutions.
  • Experience in Healthcare SaaS, SaMD (Software as a Medical Device), or medical software sales is essential.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as an Account Executive in the healthcare industry, with a proven history of closing significant deals within health systems.
  • Expertise in enterprise health system sales is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (preferably HubSpot) and sales pipeline management.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building robust relationships with both customers and internal teams.
  • Experience in startup, technology, or software environments is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel up to 75% within the assigned territory.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree is advantageous but not mandatory.
