Key Responsibilities

In this full-time position, you will serve as the primary liaison for our clients, delivering essential support through phone and email communications. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Client Support and Training: Offering thorough training and assistance to clients regarding specimen collection procedures, compliance mandates, ordering protocols, and account assessments.
  • Communication and Coordination: Engaging with various internal departments to guarantee seamless service provision and promptly address client inquiries.
  • Administrative Excellence: Undertaking administrative duties such as processing forms, updating databases, managing patient records, and maintaining an orderly and compliant office setting.
  • Compliance and Accuracy: Vigilantly ensuring that all activities adhere to pertinent regulations and exhibiting meticulous attention to detail while reviewing documentation and resolving discrepancies.
  • Specimen Handling Support: Assisting in pre-analytical and accessioning processes by scrutinizing specimen information for accuracy and completeness.
  • Laboratory Information System (LIS) Management: Utilizing the LIS for reviewing and processing necessary information.
  • Supply Management: Overseeing the ordering of supplies and ensuring the prompt and precise processing of requests.
  • Onboarding Support: Aiding in the onboarding of new marketing partners to ensure conformity with test requirements and compliance standards.
  • Customer Inquiry Resolution: Addressing phones and emails while resolving customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Quality Assurance: Assessing clinical data for precision, conducting audits, and reaching out to the appropriate parties when necessary.

Required Skills

The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

  • Medical Assistant Experience: Background in medical assistance that allows for a swift comprehension of medical terminology and the needs of clients and remote laboratory collectors.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Proficiency in conveying information effectively to clients, colleagues, and external partners, both verbally and in writing.
  • Strong Computer Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and an aptitude for general computer skills.
