Key Responsibilities
- Provide fee-for-service mental health support to clients via telehealth.
- Conduct brief, solution-focused therapy sessions to address urgent mental health concerns.
- Leverage our state-of-the-art telehealth platform to ensure effective and seamless care delivery.
- Maintain accurate and confidential documentation for all client interactions.
- Strong crisis intervention capabilities.
- Proficient in utilizing telehealth technology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Aptitude for conducting brief, solution-focused therapy sessions.
- Strong organizational skills for accurate record-keeping.
- Hold a valid, unencumbered license in Virginia.
- Possess at least 1 year of crisis intervention experience in various environments or 3 years of relevant post-graduate experience.
- Maintain Professional Malpractice Insurance.
- Membership in Psypact is preferred.
- Proof of professional liability insurance, meeting state requirements (\(1,000,000 per incident and \)3,000,000 aggregate coverage for telehealth).
