Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, your primary functions will include:

• Delivering ethical and culturally-sensitive mental health counseling to clients
• Diagnosing and formulating tailored treatment plans for individuals
• Managing patient intakes, treatment plans, and clinical documentation
• Providing psychoeducation on relapse prevention and therapeutic processes
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatric nurse practitioners and social services
• Engaging in regular supervision with a clinical supervisor to facilitate your ongoing professional development
• Responding to crises and connecting clients with supplementary services when necessary

• Strong diagnostic skills and a proficiency in treatment planning
• Expertise in managing clinical documentation with accuracy

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field (Required)
• Active Maryland LMSW, LCSW, LCPC, or LGPC license (Required)
• A minimum of 6 months of experience in a clinical setting is preferred, though we encourage new graduates to apply!

Compensation And Benefits

• Salary: \(85 - \)170 per hour (Fee for service, W2 Employee)
• Expected Hours: Minimum of 20 hours per week
• Caseload Requirements:
• Full-Time: 28 clients
• Part-Time: Minimum 16 clients
• Paid Time Off (PTO):
• Part-Time: 5 days at $250/day
• Full-Time: 15 days at $250/day
