We are seeking a dedicated Remote Healthcare Member Services Representative who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. In this pivotal role, you will be the initial point of contact for our members, addressing their healthcare-related inquiries and ensuring a seamless experience while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of incoming calls with professionalism and empathy.
- Assist members with various inquiries, including benefit questions, ID card requests, eligibility verification, billing issues, and payment processing.
- Accurately perform data entry and update member profiles as needed.
- Utilize dual screens and contemporary technology to track interactions, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in a call center environment or 2 years in a customer service role.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Empathetic approach to customer interactions and multitasking capabilities in a fast-paced setting.
- Flexibility to work assigned shifts, including weekends.
- Knowledge of healthcare concepts is advantageous, but not mandatory—comprehensive training will be provided.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to successfully pass a required assessment prior to employment.

- Training Compensation: $21.63/hour
- Post-Training Compensation: $22.66/hour
- Flexible work schedule with two days off per week.
