• Assist members regarding benefit-related questions, billing inquiries, account updates, and more.
• Accurately update and maintain member profiles to ensure reliable service delivery.
• Utilize advanced technology and multiple screens to track interactions and ensure adherence to compliance standards.
  
  

Required Skills

• Minimum of 6 months of experience in a call center or 2 years in customer service.
• Proficient in using dual screens and various software applications.
• Strong communication skills with an emphasis on active listening, empathy, and problem-solving.
• Willingness to accommodate weekend shifts as required.
• Previous knowledge of healthcare is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Training Compensation: $21.63/hr
• Post-Training Compensation: $22.66/hr
