About the Role :
As a Remote Healthcare Member Services Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our members, providing exceptional service and support. You'll utilize cutting-edge technology to answer questions, resolve issues, and ensure a positive member experience.
This is a remote position, and you must reside within 1-hour radius of 7901 E. Lowry Blvd Denver, CO 80230
START DATE : 4 / 14
Compensation
During Training : $21.63 / hr.
After Training : $22.66 / hr.
Training / Working Schedule :
- Training Hours 12 weeks : Fluctuate from Mon-Fri 8am-4 : 30pm MST and 11 : 30am-8pm MST
- Your schedule fluctuates during the training period and once you are completed with training you are given a set schedule that can change at times due to call volumes, but you are given a notice!
- AFTER TRAINING : Must be able to work weekends- Schedule could be anywhere from 7am MST Start Time to 9 : 30pm MST (Mon-Sun)always have 2 days off during the week. MUST be able to work weekends!
