- Manage a significant volume of incoming calls, assisting members with:
- Inquiries regarding benefits
- Requests for ID cards
- Questions about eligibility
- Issues related to billing and payment processing
- Accurately perform data entry and update member profiles.
- Utilize multiple systems (dual screens) to log interactions and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills.
- Capacity to multitask effectively within a dynamic environment.
- Must successfully complete a required assessment.
- Minimum of 6 months of call center experience or 2 years of customer service experience.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and varied schedules as necessary.
- Experience in the healthcare sector is advantageous but not mandatory.

- Training Period (12 weeks): $21.63/hr
- Post-Training: $22.66/hr
- Consistent weekly schedule with two days off per week.
