Key Responsibilities
- Deliver therapeutic services through individual, family, and group counseling sessions.
- Conduct comprehensive diagnostic assessments to formulate personalized treatment plans for clients.
- Engage in the intake process by collecting vital patient history, including mental health, medical, and social factors.
- Provide crisis intervention, treatment, case management, referrals, and other essential mental health services.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to review client cases and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Develop and implement individual and group treatment strategies addressing mental and emotional health challenges.
- Monitor client progress through ongoing assessments, ensuring appropriate modifications to treatment plans as necessary.
- Maintain meticulous clinical records and case histories to facilitate diagnostic evaluations and track client progress.
- Profound understanding of clinical interviewing and assessment techniques.
- Proficient in creating and implementing effective treatment plans.
- Strong capability in evaluating the need for medication referrals.
- Expertise in crisis intervention and managing psychiatric emergencies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High analytical aptitude for rapid crisis assessment.
- A Master's degree from an accredited institution in Counseling Psychology, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field with an emphasis on marriage and family therapy.
- Current licensure in Georgia as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).

- Annual salary range: \(75,000 - \)90,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
