- Conduct comprehensive diagnostic assessments and create tailored treatment and recovery plans.
- Provide individual, family, and group counseling to meet a diverse array of mental health needs.
- Implement crisis intervention, case management, referrals, and ongoing mental health care services.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to evaluate client cases, refine treatment strategies, and ensure the highest standards of care.
- Monitor client progress, adapt treatment plans as necessary, and assess clients for potential medication referrals.
- Maintain precise clinical documentation and uphold patient confidentiality standards.
- Expertise in clinical interviewing, assessment, and diagnostic methodologies.
- Knowledge of psychiatric emergency interventions and evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
- Ability to develop and modify effective treatment plans and assess client progress.
- Strong analytical capabilities to manage crisis situations and provide appropriate treatment referrals.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for thorough documentation and effective collaboration.
- Active licensure in the state of Georgia as one of the following:
- Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
- Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)
- A Master's degree in a relevant discipline such as:
- Marriage, Family, and Child Counseling
- Social Work
- Clinical or Counseling Psychology
- Marital and Family Therapy

- Salary Range: \(75,000 - \)90,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
