We are actively seeking a licensed Therapist or Counselor (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) to offer therapeutic services remotely to patients affiliated with partner Community Health Centers across Arizona. Key Responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions specifically tailored to individual patient needs, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Psychoeducation, Trauma Therapy, Addiction Therapy, and Grief Counseling.
- Conduct both individual and group therapy sessions, actively involving patients in the development and adherence to their treatment plans.
- Ensure timely completion and signing of clinical documentation, including Psychosocial Assessments, diagnoses, treatment plans, and consent forms in accordance with best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Deliver crisis intervention support to individuals and families, implementing safety plans when necessary.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create patient care plans and ensure proper treatment dispositions.
- Engage in ongoing clinical supervision, training, and professional development to enhance skills and stay informed of best practices.
- Provide case management services to assist patients in their recovery and reintegration into the community.
- Execute any additional duties as assigned.
- Hold an active, unrestricted mental health license in your primary state of residence, as well as in Arizona.
- Demonstrate comfort working in a fully remote and virtual context.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred.
- Exhibit a patient-first approach, with a strong commitment to facilitating individuals on their recovery journey.

Compensation And Benefits
- Salary: Starting at \(80,000-\)90,000 (commensurate with experience and residency in Arizona).
- Monthly Bonus Program.
