Key Responsibilities
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations, deliver diagnoses, offer psychotherapy, create treatment plans, and provide consultations in both in-person settings at Skilled Nursing Facilities and through our Telehealth platform.
- Ensure timely documentation utilizing our electronic medical record (EMR) system (Athena I).
- Comply with all agency policies and procedures to uphold superior standards of care.
- Proficient in basic computer usage.
- Exceptional written communication capabilities.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Adaptability, organizational skills, and the capacity to manage high-pressure situations effectively.
- Proficiency in Spanish is advantageous.
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related discipline.
- Licensure in Washington state as a LICSW, LMFT, LMHC, or SUDP.
- National Provider Identifier (NPI).
- Professional liability insurance is mandatory.
- Credentialing with Medicaid/Medicare is preferred.
- Certain facilities may necessitate up-to-date vaccinations or exemptions.
- Completion of TB tests and CPR/AED/First Aid Certification may be required.

Compensation And Benefits
- Competitive salary commensurate with experience and billable hours, with a salary range of \(42,000 - \)95,000 based on licensure and billing model.
