Key Responsibilities

• Conduct diagnostic evaluations, deliver diagnoses, offer psychotherapy, create treatment plans, and provide consultations in both in-person settings at Skilled Nursing Facilities and through our Telehealth platform.
• Ensure timely documentation utilizing our electronic medical record (EMR) system (Athena I).
• Comply with all agency policies and procedures to uphold superior standards of care.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related discipline.
• Licensure in Washington state as a LICSW, LMFT, LMHC, or SUDP.
• National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Professional liability insurance is mandatory.
• Credentialing with Medicaid/Medicare is preferred.
• Certain facilities may necessitate up-to-date vaccinations or exemptions.
• Completion of TB tests and CPR/AED/First Aid Certification may be required.

Compensation And Benefits

• Competitive salary commensurate with experience and billable hours, with a salary range of \(42,000 - \)95,000 based on licensure and billing model.
