Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive diagnostic assessments and formulate individualized treatment plans.
- Provide therapeutic services both in-person at Skilled Nursing Facilities and through our Telehealth platform.
- Maintain prompt and accurate documentation in our electronic medical record (EMR) system.
- Comply with established agency policies to ensure the delivery of exceptional patient care.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications.
- Strong written communication and organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal abilities, enabling effective collaboration in high-pressure situations.
- Bilingual Spanish proficiency is an advantage.
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related discipline.
- Current Washington state licensure as an LICSW, LMFT, SUDP, or LMHC.
- Active NPI (National Provider Identifier).
- Professional liability insurance.
- Credentialing with Medicaid/Medicare is desirable.
- Specific facilities may require current vaccinations or exemptions, TB test clearance, and CPR/AED/First Aid certification.
