Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and create tailored treatment plans.
- Maintain organized and timely documentation of client progress, including updates on diagnoses and treatment strategies.
- Deliver exceptional care by employing creative methods to help clients achieve their aspirations and beyond.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to guarantee clients have access to a full spectrum of mental health resources and support.
- Engage with external providers (such as primary care physicians, psychiatrists, etc.) as necessary for coordinated care.
- Attend bi-weekly case consultation meetings, monthly all-clinic gatherings, and monthly supervision sessions.
- Manage a caseload of 25 clients weekly for full-time clinicians.
- Continuously innovate and adapt therapeutic approaches to empower clients in reaching their fullest potential.
- Ensure all session documentation adheres to company protocols and guidelines.
- Master's degree or higher in behavioral sciences or a related discipline.
- Valid license to practice therapy in Michigan (LMSW/LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LP, etc.).
- At least one year of post-graduate experience in a mental health outpatient setting (for LLMSW candidates).
- Proven expertise in completing diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and clinical documentation.
- Strong capability to establish and maintain professional boundaries with clients.
- Excellent time management skills with a reliable track record of meeting deadlines.
- Familiarity with and adherence to HIPAA standards.
- Proficient communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience working effectively with a diverse clientele and team.
- Ability to think creatively and adapt flexibly in client care approaches.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, including Office Suite, Outlook, and Teams (preferred).
- Specialized training in evidence-based practices (such as DBT, CBT, EMDR) is advantageous.
- A great sense of humor is valued, as we believe in the power of laughter.
- Master's degree or higher in behavioral sciences or a related field.
- Current license to practice therapy in Michigan (LMSW/LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LP, etc.).
- For LLMSW candidates, at least one year of post-graduate experience in a mental health outpatient environment.
