Key Responsibilities
- Conduct individual psychotherapy sessions through telemedicine platforms.
- Create tailored therapeutic treatment plans for healthcare workers.
- Ensure the maintenance of precise and confidential patient records.
- Collaborate with a diverse array of clinical and non-clinical colleagues.
- Prioritize exceptional patient care while administrative tasks are efficiently handled by the organization.
- Must hold a valid therapist license (LICSW, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, PsyD, or PhD) in the state of Massachusetts.
- A strong desire to learn and work collaboratively within a diverse team.
- Excellent interpersonal abilities, with a sensitivity to various communication styles.
- Proficiency in evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), or Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT).
- Experience with clinical diagnostic tools such as PHQ-9 to assess client progress and treatment outcomes.
- Previous experience with telemedicine tools or online video communication preferred.
- Minimum of two years of clinical experience in treating individuals.
- Experience working with healthcare professionals or first responders is preferred.
