Key Responsibilities
- Conduct individual psychotherapy sessions through telehealth.
- Create customized treatment plans tailored to the needs of healthcare workers.
- Maintain accurate and current patient records.

- Proficient interpersonal skills with an understanding of diverse communication styles.
- Familiarity with telehealth technology and online therapy platforms.
- Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including CBT, DBT, ACT, or IPT.
- Experience with clinical assessment tools (e.g., PHQ-9) to monitor progress and treatment results.
- Must hold a valid therapist license in Massachusetts (LICSW, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, PsyD, or PhD).
- A minimum of two years of clinical experience in individual therapy is required.
- Previous experience with healthcare professionals or first responders is strongly preferred.
