Key Responsibilities
- Deliver individual psychotherapy sessions via telemedicine to healthcare professionals.
- Create customized therapeutic treatment plans addressing the specific needs of medical first responders.
- Uphold precise and confidential clinical documentation in alignment with ethical and legal standards.
- Rely on our administrative team for credentialing, referrals, appointment scheduling, and billing, enabling you to focus entirely on patient well-being.
- Active licensure as an LICSW, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, PsyD, or PhD in Massachusetts.
- Proficient interpersonal skills and an awareness of diverse communication styles.
- Familiarity with telemedicine platforms and online therapy tools.
- Strong grounding in evidence-based psychotherapies such as CBT, DBT, ACT, or IPT.
- Knowledge of clinical diagnostic tools (e.g., PHQ-9) to monitor client progress and outcomes.
- A minimum of two years of clinical experience with individual clients.
- Previous experience working with healthcare professionals or first responders is advantageous.
