Remote Licensed Mental Health Therapist | WFH

Job Overview

We are looking for an empathetic and skilled Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our dedicated team in providing vital psychotherapy services to medical first responders. This part-time, fully remote position is an excellent opportunity for licensed therapists who aspire to positively influence the mental health of healthcare professionals throughout Massachusetts.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individual psychotherapy sessions through telehealth.
• Create customized treatment plans tailored to the needs of healthcare workers.
• Maintain accurate and current patient records.

Required Skills

• Proficient interpersonal skills with an understanding of diverse communication styles.
• Familiarity with telehealth technology and online therapy platforms.
• Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including CBT, DBT, ACT, or IPT.
• Experience with clinical assessment tools (e.g., PHQ-9) to monitor progress and treatment results.
  
  

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid therapist license in Massachusetts (LICSW, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, PsyD, or PhD).
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in individual therapy is required.
• Previous experience with healthcare professionals or first responders is strongly preferred.
