Key Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate, evidence-based therapy to individuals, groups, and families as applicable.
- Facilitate mental health services primarily via video and telephone telehealth platforms.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, offer counseling, provide referrals, and implement interventions tailored to meet client needs.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with federal, state, and organizational standards.
- Proficiency in telehealth therapy practices.
- Knowledge of Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
- Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
- Experience in outpatient therapy settings is preferred.
- Master's degree or higher in a relevant field.
- Active LICSW or LMFT licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts (MA).
- Access to a computer, webcam, and reliable internet connection, along with a private and quiet space for conducting sessions.
- Minimum of 1 year of pertinent professional experience.
- Availability for full-time hours is required.
