Key Responsibilities
- Deliver evidence-based mental health treatment to a diverse clientele.
- Conduct intakes, therapy sessions, and assessments with professionalism and care.
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions as required.
- Carry out mental health assessments, counseling, referrals, and intervention strategies.
- Ensure meticulous documentation in alignment with state, federal, and organizational standards.
- Proficiency in telehealth platforms and services.
- Strong understanding of Evidence-Based Practices.
- Familiarity with therapeutic modalities such as EMDR and DBT.
- Exceptional counseling and assessment skills.
- Ability to work autonomously in a remote setting.
- Master's degree or higher in a relevant discipline.
- Valid LICSW and/or LMFT licensure in Massachusetts (MA).
- Access to a computer, webcam, reliable internet, and a private space conducive to remote therapy sessions.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant professional experience.
- Availability for full-time hours is essential.
