Key Responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based treatment to a diverse clientele.
- Conduct intake assessments, individual therapy, group therapy, and family therapy as necessary.
- Administer mental health evaluations, counseling, referrals, and personalized interventions for each client.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation in accordance with Federal, State, and organizational standards.
- Master's degree or higher in a mental health-related discipline.
- Active LICSW or LMFT license in Massachusetts.
- Proficiency in operating a computer, webcam, and telehealth platforms, along with reliable internet access and a designated private space for sessions.
- Fundamental technical skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office and PDF documentation.
- Minimum of one year of relevant experience in mental health services.
- Must have opted out of Medicare.
- No pending or existing actions against your professional license.
- Preferred experience includes at least one year in:
- Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)
- Evidence-Based Practices
- Telehealth services
- Additional specialized certifications or proficiency in other languages is a plus.
