Key Responsibilities
- Deliver counseling services to children, families, and couples through telehealth, ensuring a comprehensive approach that includes parents and key family members.
- Implement a variety of evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to the unique needs of each client, such as Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Play Therapy, and Solution-Focused Collaborative Therapy.
- Collaborate effectively with an interdisciplinary team to ensure cohesive and comprehensive care for families.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members, prioritizing family needs and relational ethics in all interactions.
- A Master’s degree or Doctorate in psychology, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related discipline.
- A current, unrestricted clinical practice license and certification.
- Proficiency in diverse psychotherapy approaches, including cognitive-behavioral and narrative therapy.
- Exceptional collaboration skills to work seamlessly within an interdisciplinary team.
- Strong interpersonal capabilities to cultivate relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience working with children or families facing developmental differences.
- Ability to obtain mental health provider licensure in all states where we operate, within 60 days of hire.
