- Deliver evidence-based psychotherapy to children and adolescents.
- Cultivate strong, trusting therapeutic relationships through consistent and compassionate care.
- Perform comprehensive biopsychosocial and diagnostic assessments for new clients.
- Formulate individualized treatment plans and adapt them based on client progress.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary providers to devise integrated treatment strategies.
- Continuously evaluate patient progress and maintain thorough records of sessions and advancements.
- Engage family members or external specialists in the treatment process when appropriate.
- Proven expertise in evidence-based practices for children, including CBT, DBT, play therapy, and Parent Management Training (PMT).
- Proficient in utilizing telehealth platforms for video sessions.
- Exceptional communication capabilities and a collaborative mindset when working with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Demonstrated initiative, sound judgment, and resourcefulness in clinical settings.
- A genuine passion for enhancing the lives of children and families through exceptional mental health care.
- Experience working within therapeutic environments with children and families.
- Availability to provide services between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM EST on weekdays, and 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST on weekends.
- Minimum of 5 patient-facing hours weekly.
- An active Pennsylvania or Virginia license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT).
