Key Responsibilities
- Deliver evidence-based psychotherapy services to children and adolescents.
- Establish and maintain strong, trusting relationships with patients through compassionate care.
- Conduct thorough biopsychosocial and diagnostic assessments for new clients.
- Create individualized treatment plans and modify them as required based on client progress.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary providers (e.g., CRNPs, EF Coaches, Speech therapists) to develop integrated treatment strategies.
- Continuously evaluate patient progress and maintain diligent records of sessions.
- Engage family members or external specialists in the treatment process when necessary.
- A deep commitment to enhancing the lives of children and their families through quality mental health care.
- Proficiency in evidence-based practices for children, including CBT, DBT, play therapy, and Parent Management Training (PMT).
- Experience and comfort with telehealth and video session formats.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers.
- A strong desire for professional development, demonstrating openness to feedback in a supportive, collegial setting.
- Initiative, sound judgment, and resourcefulness in clinical practice.
- Experience working with children and families.
- Availability to work weekday evenings from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM EST, and weekends from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST.
- Minimum requirement of 5 patient-facing hours per week.
- Active license in Pennsylvania or Virginia (LCSW, LPC, LMFT).

- Paid time for weekly peer consultations to discuss cases and share insights.
