Key Responsibilities
- Deliver evidence-based psychotherapy services, tailoring regular counseling sessions and individualized treatment plans to meet client needs.
- Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial and diagnostic assessments for new clients to inform treatment strategies.
- Foster strong, trusting relationships with patients and their families to enhance therapeutic outcomes.
- Ensure availability during core after-school hours to effectively serve children's schedules.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members (including psychiatrists, educational coaches, and speech therapists) to formulate integrated treatment plans.
- Maintain detailed and accurate patient records, thoroughly documenting treatment progress and outcomes.
- Engage family members and external specialists when necessary to provide holistic care.
- Exceptional communication abilities and a demonstrated capacity to excel in a collaborative team setting.
- Initiative, sound judgment, and adaptability to new challenges.
- Experience working directly with children and/or adolescents is preferred.
- Willingness to engage in constructive feedback and contribute positively to a supportive workplace.
- Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a PsyD in Pennsylvania or Virginia.
