Key Responsibilities
- Conduct individualized psychotherapy sessions via telemedicine
- Create tailored treatment plans for healthcare professionals
- Maintain precise and confidential patient records
- Focus exclusively on providing patient care, as all administrative responsibilities, including credentialing, referrals, scheduling, billing, and accounting, will be managed for you.
- A valid license (LICSW, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, PsyD, or PhD) in Pennsylvania is required
- A minimum of two years of clinical experience in individual therapy is essential
- Prior experience working with healthcare professionals or first responders will be considered an advantage
- Proficient interpersonal skills with an awareness of various communication styles and needs
- Familiarity with telemedicine platforms or online video communication tools
- Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as CBT, DBT, ACT, or IPT
- Experience utilizing clinical diagnostic tools (e.g., PHQ-9) to monitor client progress
