Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to accurately identify each client’s unique needs.
- Formulate and execute individualized treatment plans grounded in effective, evidence-based practices.
- Deliver therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families, employing a variety of therapeutic techniques such as CBT, DBT, and mindfulness.
- Maintain meticulous records of client progress in alignment with clinical standards and ethical practices.
- Ensure client confidentiality while upholding the highest professional and ethical standards.
- Collaborate with a network of mental health professionals, medical personnel, and community resources to provide holistic care.
- Engage in ongoing supervision, training, and professional development to enhance clinical expertise.
- Stay informed on the latest research and trends in mental health to continually inform your practice.
- Provide prompt crisis intervention when necessary, offering critical support to clients in distress.

- An active, unrestricted LPC or LCSW license in Michigan is required.
- A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience is preferred.
