Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to gain insight into clients’ mental health needs.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans utilizing the latest evidence-based practices.
- Deliver therapeutic services to individuals, couples, and families, employing interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques.
- Monitor and document clients’ progress in accordance with ethical and clinical standards.
- Ensure confidentiality and adherence to professional guidelines and best practices.
- Collaborate with a diverse multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals and community partners to provide holistic care.

- A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Active and unrestricted LPC or LCSW licensure in Michigan.
- A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience is preferred.
